MetroCare Providers is a multidisciplinary therapy organization offering expert outpatient rehabilitation and care within assisted living communities. We specialize in Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy, with a special emphasis on the geriatric population.

Our approach is unique. We bring outpatient level therapy directly into the communities where our patients already live, in a way that feels comfortable and familiar rather than clinical. This ensures our patients have access to high quality, professional therapy services without added stress or travel. Our goal is straightforward: to help our patients regain functional independence and reach their personal health objectives.

Every session is tailored to each patient’s specific health goals, with a focus on the daily tasks that matter most, like dressing, walking, and eating independently.

Each of our partner communities features a dedicated on site therapy room, equipped for both physical and functional rehabilitation.
